herCAREER - the biggest networking event for women

About the fair:
The herCAREER Expo, is europes biggest and most important career- and networking event for women. This year it will take place from 12. till 13. October 2023 in Munich (MOC) with numerous employers and unique offerings for further education, work-life balance and starting your own business.

The main focus of the career fair is to get into a dialogue with others and building your own network. With round about 350 MeetUps, 60 presentations, discussions and Keynotes with more than 450 role models there is offered a diversified program.

The fair addresses all ambitious women - no matter if they`re female graduates, employees, women in leadership or female founders.

Get exciting insights & learnings from our role model Priyanka Nayar. At the MeetUp-Stand Q.07 in Hall 3, Priyanka speaks about the topic "Every person has an Ikigai: how you find your to live life to the fullest" and how this japanese philosophy of life has helped her to take the right direction.

Priyanka Nayar is currently responsible for the Marketing and Communication area of the Fraunhofer High-Performance Center Secure Intelligent Systems (LZSiS) at Fraunhofer EMFT in Munich. In her daily work she helps scientists to transfer their innovations into application and organizes international conferences to achieve sensitivity for socially relevant topics and technologies. She is also involved in the professional development of students by initiating career days and international exchange programs.
