ISO 9001 Certification Cleanroom for Semiconductor Manufacturing

Fraunhofer EMFT is certified according to the internationally recognized standard DIN EN ISO 9001 and thus represents a consistently implemented and continuously developed quality management system.

In particular, process reliability has top priority in our semiconductor cleanroom. All workflows, process steps, and procedures are clearly defined, standardized, and bindingly regulated there. This ensures consistently high quality in processing as well as in the resulting research outcomes.

For sustainable quality assurance, the seamless interaction of all areas within our institute is essential. Against this background, existing processes are continuously analyzed, evaluated, and optimized. Internal audits and regular reviews further support this approach. The aim is to continuously enhance efficiency, transparency, and scientific quality and to ensure them in the long term.
