The Fraunhofer EMFT circuit design group is specialized in design and modelling of RF and mmW frequency synthesizer circuits up to 100GHz and the lab characterization for measurements up to 750GHz. The reference projects include UHF sensor- and radar frontends up to 350 GHz and VCOs for RF sensing, IoT, and 5G applications. Depending on the application and system requirements, our RF/mmW design team provides IP development of passive and active RF and mmW circuits including modelling, simulation, and verification as well as measurement services for UHF circuits.
